Who We Are

Our History

90 Years of Excellence

Founded in 1935 by Mr. Khansaheb Hussain bin Hassan Amad, we are the UAE’s longest-serving contractor. From the first motor track linking Sharjah and Ras Al Khaimah to Dubai’s first hospital and the iconic Clock Tower, our early projects laid the foundations for the nation’s development.

Under the leadership of Hussain Abdulrahman Khansaheb from 1954, we grew our capabilities, forged international partnerships, and built a reputation for trust and integrity that still defines us today.

Building the Nation

Across decades, we have delivered many of the UAE’s most significant commercial, residential, hospitality, and infrastructure projects, including Mall of the Emirates, Bab Al Shams Resort, Sharjah International Airport, and the Dubai International Convention Centre.

Today, Khansaheb Civil Engineering remains family-led under Chairman Tariq Khansaheb and Vice Chairman Amer Khansaheb, continuing our legacy of quality, safety, and innovation as we help shape the UAE’s future.

Since 1935, Khansaheb Civil Engineering has been shaping the UAE’s skyline and infrastructure. From early roads and hospitals to today’s landmark projects, we combine experience, innovation, and trust to build the nation’s future.
